Each individual Member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the 333bmw platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these terms. All duplicate accounts discovered will be closed, and any balances within them may be voided.
Upon successful registration, you will be assigned or will select a unique username and password. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 333bmw account credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party or allow any third party to access your account.
333bmw operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any point, including but not limited to prior to your first withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of a request will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.

Changes to your registered email address or mobile number must be communicated to 333bmw support and may require re-verification of your identity. 333bmw is not liable for missed communications or notifications resulting from outdated account information.
333bmw accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) exclusively. Supported deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳1,000 for card-based payments (Visa, Mastercard). Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmation of receipt by 333bmw's payment processing systems, typically within 60 seconds for mobile money methods.
333bmw does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All funds deposited into a 333bmw account must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits will be reversed and the depositing account may be suspended.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted by Members who have a verified Real Money Balance in their account and have completed all applicable KYC requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to any applicable method-specific restrictions.
333bmw aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the selected payment method, the volume of pending requests, and the outcome of any security or compliance checks. Members who have outstanding KYC documentation requests will experience delays until those requirements are met.
All transactions on the 333bmw platform — including deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No currency conversion is offered or implied. Members are responsible for any charges levied by their payment provider in connection with transactions on 333bmw.
333bmw maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Any withdrawal request that triggers an AML review will be held pending the outcome of that review. 333bmw reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in connection with an AML review and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
From time to time, 333bmw offers bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to Members. All such offers are subject to specific terms that are published at the time of the promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus amounts credited to a Member's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on certain game categories (for example, live sports, certain table games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirement completion.
All bonuses have a defined validity period during which wagering requirements must be fulfilled. Bonus balances that remain unconverted at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited. 333bmw will not reinstate forfeited bonuses under any circumstances.
The 333bmw VIP programme operates across five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier progression and associated benefits are governed by a separate VIP programme policy, the current version of which is available to Members within the VIP section of their account dashboard. VIP status, accumulated points, and associated benefits are non-transferable and have no cash value unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All games available on the 333bmw platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and others. Each game operates according to its own published rules and uses independently certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fairness of outcomes.
In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed in the 333bmw platform interface and the result recorded by the game provider's server, the server record shall be authoritative. 333bmw is not responsible for errors or interruptions attributable to the third-party game provider's systems.
Wagers that are placed and confirmed are final. For sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and other available sports — settlement is conducted in accordance with the applicable sports betting rules published on the platform. Disputes relating to sports betting settlement must be raised with 333bmw support within 72 hours of the relevant event result being published.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 333bmw platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
All content on the 333bmw platform — including but not limited to the 333bmw brand name and logo, website design, user interface, written content, graphics, game assets (where licensed for use by 333bmw), and software — is the property of 333bmw or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit copying, reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, or creation of derivative works based on any platform content. Any use of the 333bmw brand, logo, or platform content for commercial purposes — including affiliate use not expressly authorised in writing by 333bmw — is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 333bmw's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that Member's verified Real Money Balance at the time the claim arises.
333bmw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
333bmw does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. 333bmw will endeavour to minimise disruption but accepts no liability for losses suffered as a result of platform unavailability.
333bmw collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 333bmw.bio/privacy-policy. By registering an account and using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.
Personal data collected by 333bmw is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and the delivery of personalised promotional communications where you have elected to receive them. 333bmw does not sell personal data to third parties. Upon termination for cause (i.e., breach of terms or prohibited conduct), 333bmw reserves the right to withhold any funds in the account pending the outcome of an investigation. Where an investigation confirms a breach, the withheld funds may be forfeited in whole or in part.
Members may request closure of their 333bmw account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to closure, any verified Real Money Balance in excess of the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. For Members located in Bangladesh, these terms are intended to be interpreted consistently with Bangladeshi law to the extent applicable.
